Jack DeFabio is an Operations & Continuous Improvement Analyst at Iron Standard Consulting. He is a retired U.S. Army Major and a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Following a distinguished military career, Jack brings a disciplined, methodical approach to operational analysis and process improvement. He is currently developing advanced expertise in Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies, supporting client engagements through data collection, process mapping, performance analysis, and implementation support.
Jack plays a key role in translating operational data into usable insights, ensuring improvement initiatives are grounded in accurate information and real-world conditions.
