Kenneth’s background includes senior leadership roles responsible for maintenance strategy, reliability improvement, and process optimization, with a practical focus on reducing downtime, improving performance, and aligning technical decisions with business objectives. He is known for his ability to diagnose systemic issues, cut through noise, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations that organizations can implement immediately. A former U.S. Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant, Kenneth served as a Staff Noncommissioned Officer in demanding operational environments that emphasized leadership, technical competence, and responsibility for people and outcomes. That experience continues to shape his consulting approach: disciplined analysis, clear standards, and solutions built to hold up under real-world conditions.
